You can find elephants, deer, crocodiles, turtles, snakes, and about 200 bird species. But, the chief crowd puller is he Mahseer – the largest tropical gamefish known to man.

The main attraction is a huge Nandi bull (4.5m high and 8.23m long) made out of a single granite stone. The Veerbhadra temple has stories of Ramayana and Mahabharatha sculpted on its walls.
